Cancellation, Refund and Return Policy
Returns and Refund Policy of prima-ace.com is an important information and guideline about the rights and obligations of the Customer and to provide the best online purchasing experience. Every effort has been made to service the Customer in respect of the Order placed with prima-ace.com as per the specifications and timelines mentioned against each products subject to the Terms and Conditions. Prima-ace.com may make changes in the Returns and Refund Policy from time to time without any notice.
All orders can be cancelled before delivery. To cancel an order the Customer needs to notify us either by phone + 971-4-225-3093 or email us at email@example.com.
1. Upon cancellation of an order, the Customer receives an email confirmation.
2. If an order is cancelled before shipment initiation i.e. before a shipment confirmation email or SMS has been sent to the Customer, no cancellation charges are made and full amount will be refunded.
3. If an order is cancelled after shipment initiation i.e. after a shipment confirmation email or SMS has been sent to the Customer, standard cancellation charges apply which may or may not exceed shipment and shipment return charges.
All orders can be cancelled & returned within 72 hours of delivery, except for the following items;
1. Items of sale and/or deals
2. Out of stock items made available especially for the Customer on his/her request.
To return an order the Customer needs to notify us either by phone + 971-4-225-3093 or email us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
All returned items must be in new condition (AS SOLD CONDITION).
Goods must be complete, unused, and in 'AS NEW' condition (i.e. if you have opened the box to examine the product it must have been done so without damaging the box and factory packaging/seals or damaging the product in any way) and must be carefully re-packaged as received.
Please include the invoice and mention the reasons for the return. If defective, please specify the defect, in a separate sheet of paper and attach it along with the invoice. Please DO NOT write or mark anywhere on the product's factory packing (carton) or product itself.
Any 'FREE GIFTS' with the products must also be returned in 'AS NEW'
Returns will not be accepted under the following conditions:
o Product is damaged due to misuse/overuse
o Returned without original packaging including, price tags, labels, original packing, freebies and other accessories or if original packaging is damaged
o Serial Number is tampered
o Defective products that are covered under Seller/Manufacturer’s warranty
o Product is used or altered
o If request is initiated after 5 business days of order deliver
Delivery charges for returning an item(s) are to be paid and are the responsibility of the customer.
